The Vauxhall VX220 (also known as the Opel Speedster in mainland Europe and Daewoo Speedster in Asia) is a British built, mid-engined sports car. It is primarily manufactured by Lotus and shares many features with the Lotus Elise. The chassis of the VX220 is also the base unit of the Danish electric "Lynx GT". The car appears in all mainline editions of Gran Turismo since making its debut in Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec.[1] It also appears in the Playstation 3 title Gran Turismo Concept. The VX220 also features as a Turbo edition in Gran Turismo 5.
